Loyola University's Lake Shore Campus is a collection of historic and contemporary buildings with dramatic views to Lake Michigan. Through a new landscape master plan, Hoerr Schaudt is guiding a campus-wide landscape transformation that encompasses a new central campus quad, new athletic facilities, improved safety and way finding, sustainable landscape design, a sense of unity throughout campus, and outdoor spaces that encourage community. A new landscape at historic Piper Hall and courtyard at Mundelein Center present a gracious welcome to those approaching the campus from downtown and give students attractive destinations for relaxation and meeting.
