Brian is the person you want on your team when it comes to challenging, intricate projects. He’s particularly interested in retrofits and re-imagining urban infrastructure into impactful and successful spaces. During his childhood he was always sketching buildings and skylines while maintaining gardens for his family in the Blue Ridge Mountains. He realized at a young age there was a field that combined all his interests and knew early on that he wanted to pursue landscape architecture.
Brian is a recent transplant to the Midwest after spending time in San Diego. He grew up on the other coast in Charlotte, North Carolina, spending a lot of time on the water and in the mountains. Brian went on to receive his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech, and his Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Colorado. Outside of his professional passion, Brian is a guitarist — even writing his own music. He loves spending time outdoors skiing or on the lake, and he’s always up for a game of golf or a concert.
