As Director of Operations, Carroll ensures the quality and effectiveness of Hoerr Schaudt’s business practices. Her responsibilities include maintaining appropriate levels of qualified staff, establishing and monitoring policies and procedures for office operations, and assisting in the firm’s marketing efforts. Carroll works closely with Project Managers to review project work plans and budgets, as well as conduct and organize document review meetings. She is instrumental in keeping Hoerr Schaudt on the cutting edge of innovation, championing the firm’s efforts to embrace the newest technology in project delivery, and establishing the firm’s role as an industry leader.
Carroll is also responsible for many of Hoerr Schaudt’s Human Resource efforts, including managing the salary system for the staff, working with firm leaders to determine appropriate work loads, interviewing potential staff, coordinating mentorship relationships, and conducting performance reviews. In all she does, Carroll consistently brings new ideas to the table and keeps Hoerr Schaudt nimble and forward-thinking. After 14 years with the firm, she knows the inner workings of Hoerr Schaudt better than anyone and embraces each new challenge and special project that comes her way.
