Happiest when he’s playing sports or engaging the boundless curiosity of his two kids, Nick is a Minnesota native who identifies Chicago as home. He loves the way the city offers up what seems like an endless list of restaurants, parks, and neighborhoods to explore.

Nick’s portfolio includes residential, commercial, corporate and civic clients. Since joining Hoerr Schaudt in 2008, Nick has led significant projects at the firm, including the World Food Prize Foundation Garden, a 60-acre residential property in Rhode Island, and a 16-acre landscape restoration at a historic residence by Howard van Doren Shaw.
